Self Emptying Wine Fermentation Tanks

Winemaking: research on the technological front has allowed us to design various solutions and maceration systems, considering some fundamental aspects such as the area of origin, the vines and the types of red grapes. We produce small and large capacity wine fermentation tanks, truncated cones, inclined flat-bottomed on feet or on skirts, with automatic unloading (self emptying). The automatic fermentation tank is equipped with an electrical panel with a PLC system for the automatic management of reassembly, fulling, delestage, temperature (hot / cold), micro and / or macro-oxygenation, data collection. In order to always maintain maximum production flexibility, we also design and manufacture customized winemakers, where there are problems related to small roomspaces or non-executable transports.

Flat Sloped Bottom Tanks (red wine fermenter)

Tanks with a Flat Sloped Bottom and a large door with external opening, allowing easy manual emptying of the pomace. After the maceration phase, they can be used for storing wine.

White wine fermentation storage tanks

We design and manufacture tanks for "made-to-measure" storage guaranteeing optimal use of space. Our range of storage tanks includes the simple conical bottom tank, the inclined flat bottom tank and overlapping compartments, with the maximum choice of accessories and internal and external finishes. The tanks can be partially or totally thermo-conditioned with or without insulation to allow the use during white wine fermentation phase.

Cold tartaric stabilization

the wine is cooled to a predetermined temperature and kept the same thanks to fully insulated tanks. Insulation is our flagship; thermal insulation in our tanks is guaranteed by the injected expanded polyurethane with high insulating power (density 42 Kg / dm3), class 1 fire resistant, 0.023 W / mK thermal conductivity with stainless steel sheet final coating, all hermetically welded to the tank. This type of insulation leaves the insulating power of the insulation absolutely unaltered, possessing a very high thermal efficiency, as air and water infiltrations are totally absent inside the chamber, thanks to the hermetic sealing of all the insulation. Furthermore the insulation is very sturdy and resistant, remarkably compact, so it is long-lasting and facilitates the movement of the tank itself, avoiding damage.

Sparkling wine

The sparkling quality of these wines comes from its carbon dioxide content and may be the result of natural fermentation, in a large tank designed to withstand the pressures involved (as in the Charmat process), or as a result of simple carbon dioxide injection in some cheaper sparkling wines. Our pressure tank are tested up to a pressure of 9 bar; they are equipped with cloak pockets and injected polyurethane foam (density 40 Kg/m3) and final coating in stainless steel, all hermetically welded to the tank.
